By requesting a refund or any other service governed by this policy, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency, the provisions of the Terms of Service shall prevail.
Software Subscriptions
If you are dissatisfied at any point during your first month using our service, please contact us by either connecting with your customer success representative or by raising a ticket on https://support.logicladder.com/. We will do our best to address your issue, provide an active solution, or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with the above solutions, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
Please note that refund requests may be denied in certain circumstances, such as if service usage exceeds limits considered reasonable for trial or introductory use, or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of our Terms of Service, or if the refund request is made after the 30-day period.
In exceptional cases where the service cannot meet its promised functionality or commitments despite reasonable use, we may still consider refund requests at our discretion. For such cases, we encourage you to contact us at support@logicladder.com with detailed information about your concerns.
Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription
There may be situations where you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription. A partial downgrade occurs if you reduce the number of applications during your annual subscription period or remove an add-on that you had previously purchased. In case of a partial downgrade of the annual subscription, you will be provided credits in the form of extension of subscription for the active licenses. These credits will be applied in the form of an extension of your subscription for the remaining active licenses. For the purpose of calculating credits, the “monthly list price” refers to the standard, non-discounted monthly rate for each application or service at the time of purchase. Please note that any discounts applied to the original subscription will not be considered when determining the value of the unused portion. The discounts that were applied will be excluded for calculating the quantum of credits, i.e., the value for the unused license = total amount paid – (monthly list price x number of months used).
Termination of Services or Features
If, at any time during your contract, we remove, break, or discontinue a specific functionality that was available when you signed up, please notify us immediately. If we fail to address the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract. The pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the time remaining in your subscription period, excluding any taxes, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges that were included in your initial payment.
This policy does not apply if the functionality removal or alteration is due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in third-party integrations, or if the issue arises from a breach of our Terms of Service.
Auto-renewal
For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Before every renewal, we will send a mail specifying the amount charged to your credit card. Similarly, post each renewal, we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted, along with the next renewal date and the subsequent renewal amount. You can opt in to receive these reminders via your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@logicladder.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.
If you forget to cancel a subscription you no longer want until it has already been charged, you can cancel your subscription within five business days after your renewal date, and we will process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND.
Chargebacks
When you request a chargeback, the bank that issues your credit card reverses a payment you made to LogicLadder, and your account is disabled. To resolve the chargeback and re-enable your account, navigate to the subscription page and re-purchase your order.
Hardware & App Aales
All hardware items and apps purchased from our store are non-refundable. Hardware are provided with warranty as per the Warranty Terms. Please check the Warranty Terms for respective hardware in the store section. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.

Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction and exclude any taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees paid at the time of purchase.
